Jim Walthall was in the technical service industry dealing with maintenance departments for Fortune 500 companies prior to starting Beyond Clean Tile. He developed an interest in the proper care and maintenance of hard surface floors, such as natural stone and tile & grout. Realizing there was a need for a company to provide excellent customer service and be able to provide predictable results for numerous hard surface maintenance issues, he began researching this industry.
Seeking out the best methods, products and equipment to clean and sanitize tile and grout, clean and polish travertine, marble and limestone and clean and maintain wood flooring he traveled coast to coast to immerse himself in training from those well respected in this industry. After attending training in Florida and receiving certification from the HSMPA (Hard Surface Maintenance Professional Association) he attended stone restoration classes in California, joined the Marble Institute of America and attended national seminars to further his education. As a result he began to solve many difficult problems customers were having with grout color, stone maintenance problems and showers. With a commitment to continued education, Beyond Clean Tile not only provides the services to restore the hard surface for our customers but will continue to develop ways to educate them on proper methods to maintain for long term results.
